The race to vaccinate

This print graphic story was part of the November 2020 special issue of National Geographic magazine dedicated to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was honored with an Award of Excellence by the Society of News Design.

We presented one possible scenario for the timeline of the COVID-19 vaccine. The challenge of producing and distributing at a global scale were correctly identified as the most concerning bottlenecks, although development, fortunately, was faster than what was predicted.
